  1. So PROUD of you Chris! Going to YTT is a blessing and a challenge! I wish you many blessings and joy in meeting every challenge! ❤ KK

  2. Love Loudoun Valley Yoga! So happy that you are here! 🙂

  3. Loudoun Valley Yoga is a delightful place! Yoga the way it is meant to be – thoughtful and revitalizing. Work-outs for all levels of fitness without the super heated environment favored by some studios. It really is what yoga is all about…… Thank you Chris for sharing your happiness and inner peace with us.

  4. Brenda Davis says:

I’ve been coming to LVY for just a couple of weeks and I love the classes, the instructors (so far Chris & Chris!) are great. Good vibe for my soul!

  5. Siegi Belz-Fry says:

Just a quick note to express my gratitude to Alex for teaching such a balanced Hatha class this past Wednedsay! It was just what the doctor ordered and really helped relax my back that had been giving me trouble lately. Thank you Alex for being such a thoughtful teacher! I’ll be back! 🙂

  6. Siegi Belz-Fry says:

…. and yet another high praise for Alexandra Patton for teaching the perfect class today! I’m not alone with this opinion – everybody else that attended couldn’t say enough good things about it, either! So glad you’re part of Loudoun Valley Yoga community!

  7. Siegi says:

Just couldn’t stay quiet after taking a really good class with Jessi today….. Before she got started she asked about everybody’s physical issues and then adjusted the class accordingly. Thank you Jessi for being such a thoughtful teacher!

  8. Lori says:

I have been with Loudoun Valley Yoga for a little over a year and it has been an amazing experience. Every class and every instructor is wonderfully different which makes all the classes so fun. I love Alexandra’s Hatha on Wednesday morning. It’s always different- yet one thing remains the same you walk away feeling absolutely wonderful. Her Yoga Tone on Thursday evenings is also awesome. It combines yoga and barr to create a nice toning and strengthening workout.

The best part of this studio is that you can attend any class with any instructor and feel welcomed and benefit from their knowledge and love of yoga.

I have been so impressed that I convinced my husband to try Yoga for Men with Tim on Thursday and he Is loved it 🙂

  9. Lori says:

Did the Rise and Shine with Barb today. What a wonderful way to start the day. It’s a perfect morning class and Barb was great.

  10. Patricia wright says:

Hi. I am 68 and wonder if there is a beginner class for me that you can recommend. Please let me know when you can.

    • Patricia – I would recommend starting with a Gentle Class (Class times are: Mon & Wed at 11 am, Wed at 530 pm, or Sat at 1045). We can then discuss other class options. Our intent is to have all classes accessible to all levels. However, the Gentle Classes just move at a much slower pace allowing you to perhaps get a little more comfortable. Please feel free to call me any time if you’d like to discuss. Otherwise, come in to the studio and give it a try. It can really improve your life.

  11. I’d like to register for the pelvic floor yoga class with Denise Moore and other teacher in April.

    • You have 3 options to register for the workshop:
      1) Call me at your convenience and we can register you over the phone with a credit card
2). Register online via the MindBody.com scheduling tool using a credit card
3). Stop by the studio during our open hours to pay with cash or check

  12. Siegi Belz says:

Just have to post this… Today’s class on Mother’s Day and lead by Terry was just what the doctor ordered! Thanks you for giving us the perfect start to a busy day, Terry!!

  13. Elissa Baskovich says:

How much is your baths yoga class?

  14. Siegi Belz says:

… since I’m not getting any younger I tried Chris’s gentle class on Saturday and guess what?? I keep going back and today talked my husband into coming with me. And yes, he liked it a lot!! Thank you Chris for being such a thoughtful teacher!

  15. Siegi Belz says:
