Please start the after school Hatha at 4:15 or 4:30 so my daughter can attend. It is impossible for her to get out of the parking lot at Woodgrove and get to class by 4. Thank you for your consideration.

  2. Nancy Davis says:

Any chance for an afternoon class around 4:00 for teachers, school folks?

    • Nancy
We tried having an after school class last fall and last spring. Unfortunately, there was not enough interest during those 8 months to warrant putting a class on the schedule this year. I am hopeful you will be able to attend some of our other yoga and Pilates evening classes.

When is your next Community Yoga Class?

  4. sweetsu99 says:

I would love an early morning Hatha class. Sorry I didn’t respond to the survey. Maybe this isn’t a popular time for everyone else. 7am or 7:30 would be ideal. But, that’s just me! Thanks.

  5. Will you be offering Guided Meditation in 2015?

  6. Theresa Kennedy says:

Other than the gentle yoga, what would be the next step up that would be more stretching and slightly more challenging? Thanks

hi, there…which of your classes are not high in temperature. There are 4 of us that had to stop taking at another studio as the room temperatures are just too high and we ended up with headaches..also need one with evening or Weekend hours..thanks

Had a really wonderful class with Denise Moore today…. thoughtful and educational, as well as relaxing. Glad to hear that there will be more Denise classes at Loudoun Valley Yoga!

Had another great class with Alexandra Patton today and am totally enchanted with her style of teaching. Alex will ask the participants about their body issues and then adapt the class accordingly. Very thoughtful yet challenging classes. Thank you, Alex!

    • Alexandra Patton says:

Thank you so much Siegi Belz-Fry! What a sweet and thoughtful comment:) I really enjoy having you in class every Wednesday! Your words are very appreciated.

  12. Jessica Stone says:

Would the Gentle yoga class be appropriate for pregnant women?

  13. LAMR says:

I’m looking to add exercise back into my life after 3 years of being under the care of Johns Hopkins. Seemingly, Gentle Yoga would be the best yoga class in which to participate? Is there also a Yoga Basics class being taught? Thanks!

    • Currently, we do not have a Basics Class. Our Gentle Yoga Classes would be a great way to start and we can see how you feel. Please don’t hesitate to call me if you’d like to discuss. Otherwise, just come in about 10 – 15 minutes early for your 1st class and we’ll get you all set up.

Hi! Do you offer a mother & baby class for infants under 1?
